After discussion, we’ve decided not to continue, sadly.
It wasn’t an easy decision to make, and I’m pretty gutted, but it seems to be for the best. For now at least.
I’d like to take the opportunity to thank everyone who has supported us, encouraged us, listen to our music, put us on at their venue, played on a gig with us, and – importantly – came along to see us play. It’s been greatly appreciated.
If there are any changes, or any talk of getting something on the go, you’ll likely see it up on Facebook first. But I wouldn’t expect anything for a good long while.
Cheers again! G \m/
After a bit of discussion, sadly, Dougie and Phil decided to move on. Good luck to both of you.
So at the moment Dougsy and myself are going to take the opportunity to take a break until the new year. We both have a fair bit on at the moment so it’ll give us a bit of time to recharge the batteries…not very rock n roll lol, but it’s not far away
In the mean time – have a gander at Flee the Scene, unplugged, at the VoS anniversary gig! More videos might even follow
If you check out our Facebook page, you’ll find some cracking pics from the unplugged set that Dougsy and I did last Sunday.
All taken by the legedary Ronnie Reffin!
Slicer & Dougsy playing “Pain”.
Dougsy and Slicer will be playing an unplugged set at Pivo for the Valid on Sunday’s anniversary gig. We’ll be playing a blend of Dougsy’s own songs and some of your Black Tara favourites.
It’s set to be a fantastic afternoon, check out the event page for info on bands and more!
Doors @ 1pm, tickets £4.00. Be sure to get in touch with Dougsy or Slicer ASAP to avoid disappointment!
A nice gig that falls on a weekend!
Saturday 15th of September at Ivory Blacks, Glasgow.
It’ll be the day after Dougsy’s birthday, so come along, get a drink and stumble home with us!!!
Tickets £3 from us or £6 on the door!
We’ve just had a shout from Box, Sauchiehall St, Glasgow and we’ll be playing there this Wednesday, 15th August.
