Time for a break…

After a bit of discussion, sadly, Dougie and Phil decided to move on.  Good luck to both of you.

So at the moment Dougsy and myself are going to take the opportunity to take a break until the new year.  We both have a fair bit on at the moment so it’ll give us a bit of time to recharge the batteries…not very rock n roll lol, but it’s not far away 😉

In the mean time – have a gander at Flee the Scene, unplugged, at the VoS anniversary gig!  More videos might even follow 🙂

We’re in the process of doing a spot of recording!

It’ll likely take a number of weeks (maybe more) to get things to a standard we’re happy with, but rest assured, it’ll be worth it.

We’ve been in the studio every other week, jamming on some newer stuff, so we’re pretty excited here!

Stay tuned for another cheeky announcement 😉

Photoshoot?

Yes, I did mention a photoshoot.

We had a shoot with Christine McNally in and around the studio on Monday night there.  Some laugh!

We’re really pleased with the results 🙂

Here are a few, but you can find loads more in the album on our Black Tara Facebook page.

Summer has arrived!

It’s not been so warm over the last while but it looks as if summer could finally be arriving.

In the last week we’ve played a gig, had a killer jam in the studio and even had a photo shoot on the go.  We’ve also had a fair few more people “like” the band and more people telling us about their favorite song from our sets.

We’re waiting on dates for getting in some gigs over the next few months, and we’re working on new songs.

It’s all looking really positive here just now and we can’t wait to see what is coming up in the next few months.

Stay tuned for more, but in the mean time, we recommend that you pour yourself the cold beverage of your choice and:

Chill Out and Listen to Black Tara
